Unagi sauce, 1.8 litres. This is a 1.8LTR bottle of alcohol-free unagi (eel) sauce from QING. This is the sweet, glossy glaze brushed over grilled eel — also used on sushi rolls, donburi, and as a finishing glaze for grilled proteins. This newer alcohol-free formulation suits halal kitchens.
Use it for unagi don and grilled eel, Sushi roll glazes, dragon rolls, eel rolls, Donburi finishing, and glazes for grilled chicken, salmon, beef. There is no alcohol in it. The pack is marked halal.
Keep it somewhere cool and dry. Refrigerate it after opening.
