Which rice is best for sushi?

A Japanese-style short grain such as Koshihikari or Akafuji. It turns sticky and glossy when cooked and seasoned with rice vinegar. See our sushi rice page for more.

What's the difference between soba, udon and somen?

Soba is made with buckwheat, udon is a thick wheat noodle, and somen is a very thin wheat noodle usually served cold.

When will my order arrive?

Order before 6am for same-day delivery in Dubai. We deliver Monday to Saturday across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi, and Dubai orders over AED 150 are delivered free. You can also collect from our DIP 2 warehouse, 8am to 5pm.
