Strawberry fruit puree, 1 litre, from Monin in France. The mix is 50.1% real strawberry, thick and already sweetened, with a natural red colour. It is marked vegan.
Cafes blend it into smoothies, frappés, and milkshakes that should taste like strawberry and look like it. Iced teas, lemonades, and mocktails take a spoon when a syrup would be too thin. Bakery and dessert use it where a sauce needs fruit, not just flavour.
The bottle is a working litre for a blender station. At home it is a lot of smoothies. Refrigerate it after opening, and keep it cool before that.
