Not for icing or frosting. Icing sugar is powdered, so it mixes smoothly into buttercream and glazes.

What's the Difference Between Light Brown, Dark Brown and Demerara Sugar?

Light and dark brown sugar contain molasses, and dark has more, for a deeper flavour. Demerara has large, crunchy crystals and is good for topping bakes and sweetening coffee.

Order before 6am for same-day delivery in Dubai. We deliver Monday to Saturday across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi, and Dubai orders over AED 150 are delivered free. You can also collect from our DIP 2 warehouse, 8am to 5pm.
