Seasoning questions

What's the difference between wasabi paste and wasabi powder?

Paste is ready to use. Powder keeps longer and is mixed with a little cold water just before serving, which is why sushi counters often buy it by the kilo.

What is hondashi used for?

It's a granulated bonito stock for miso soup, noodle broths and simmered dishes. Dissolve it in hot water following the pack.

When will my order arrive?

Order before 6am for same-day delivery in Dubai. We deliver Monday to Saturday across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi, and Dubai orders over AED 150 are delivered free. You can also collect from our DIP 2 warehouse, 8am to 5pm.
