Omega Chaat Masala - 1KG

Chaat masala, 1kg. Tangy, salty, a little funky from the black salt, with dried mango and cumin in the blend. A chaat station dusts it on the plate at the end. Fruit salad in the Indian street style gets the same shake.

Samosas and pakoras take a dusting. Raita takes a pinch. An Indian menu and a kitchen playing with that sour-salty finish use the kilo. A chaat counter keeps this bag. A home jar is usually tiny, and 1kg is still fair if you eat chaat every week.

Cool and dry, lid tight. The black salt smell is supposed to be there. If it is missing, the blend is old.
