Omega Cardamom Powder - 1KG

Ground cardamom, 1kg. Warm, floral, already powdered so a chai station is not cracking pods at the rush. Masala chai is the daily use. Biryani takes a spoon. Arabic coffee takes it when you are not using whole pods.

Indian and Middle Eastern desserts, cardamom buns, and a garam masala you are building yourself all use the same powder. The kilo is a cafe and restaurant bag. Aroma fades once it is ground. That is why the bag has to stay shut.

Cool and dry, sealed tight. Smell it before a big batch. If it smells flat, the chai will taste flat.
