FAQ
Olive Oil Questions
What's the Difference Between Extra Virgin and Pomace Olive Oil?
Extra virgin is cold-pressed from olives and has the most flavour, so it's best for dressings and finishing. Pomace is refined and milder, with a higher smoke point, so it suits frying.
How Do I Use Truffle Oil?
Use a few drops to finish pasta, risotto, fries or eggs. Don't cook with it, as heat dulls the aroma.
When Will My Order Arrive?
