Wonton wrappers, 130g (approx. 30 sheets). These are a 130G pack of about 30 thin sheets of wheat-flour dough — smooth, pliable squares ready to fill and fold. Wrap around savoury fillings to boil in soup, steam, or deep-fry. Sold under the Tokyo name.

Use them for wonton soup, fried and steamed wontons, dumplings and money bags, and crispy snack cups.

Keep it frozen. Thaw before use and keep covered to prevent drying. Origin on the label: Japan. At home it is the same pack, finished over a few meals rather than one service.

This is the freezer side of our Japanese pantry: the sushi toppings, seafood, noodles and wrappers that sushi bars and izakayas restock every week, and that home cooks keep around for a proper Japanese dinner. GGFT has supplied restaurant kitchens since 2004, and every price is on the page.

  • Roe and sushi toppings: Daiei and GGFT tobiko in black, red, orange, green, yellow and gold, GGFT masago, GGFT Salmon Roe Ikura, GGFT Sushi Ebi, GGFT Unagi Roasted Eel, Yellowfin Tuna Saku and GGFT Uni from Japan.
  • Seafood: Tonbetsu and Marurei scallops from Japan, Onsui Hamachi, Kunihiro oysters, Hokkigai surf clams, Akagai, shimesaba mackerel and boiled octopus.
  • Crab sticks and fish cake: Osaki, Sea Delica and GGFT kani kamaboko, plus GGFT naruto.
  • Noodles: Shimadaya ramen, Musashino champon, Tokyo and Maruchan yakisoba, and GGFT Japanese Style Ramen Noodles.
  • Sides and starters: GGFT edamame, peeled or in the shell, chuka wakame (plain and spicy), takoyaki, tamago yaki and Kaneku kizami wasabi.

Questions We Get Asked

Do you sell tobiko and masago?

Yes. There's tobiko from Daiei (Japan) and GGFT in several colours, and GGFT masago in red and orange, mostly in 500g packs.

Is any of it sashimi grade?

The GGFT Sea Urchin Uni is labelled sashimi grade and ready to eat. For everything else, check the product page and the pack before serving it raw.

Do you have frozen edamame?

Yes, GGFT Peeled Edamame (1kg) and GGFT Edamame in the shell with salt (500g).

Can I make my own gyoza?

Yes. Tokyo Gyoza Wrappers from Japan come 24 to a pack, and Tokyo Wonton Wrappers 30 to a pack.

When will my order arrive?

Order before 6am and we'll deliver the same day where available. Delivery in Dubai is free on orders over AED 150. You can also collect from the GGFT warehouse in Dubai Investment Park 2, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm (closed on Sundays and public holidays).
