Naruto fish cake, 160g. This is a 160G pack of frozen Japanese narutomaki. Made from white fish surimi with a distinctive pink swirl from food colouring, narutomaki adds visual character, mild umami flavour, and slight chewiness to ramen and Japanese soups. From Thailand, a major surimi production hub. Sold under the GGFT name.

Use it for ramen topping, Udon and soba noodle soup garnish, Japanese rice bowls and donburi, and oden, Japanese fish-cake hot pot.

Keep it frozen at -18°C. Thaw it in the fridge before you use it. Do not freeze it again once it has thawed. Allergens on the pack: Fish; may contain wheat, egg, soy — verify pack. At home you use it the same way, just more slowly.

Questions We Get Asked

Do you sell tobiko and masago?

Yes. There's tobiko from Daiei (Japan) and GGFT in several colours, and GGFT masago in red and orange, mostly in 500g packs.

Is any of it sashimi grade?

The GGFT Sea Urchin Uni is labelled sashimi grade and ready to eat. For everything else, check the product page and the pack before serving it raw.

Do you have frozen edamame?

Yes, GGFT Peeled Edamame (1kg) and GGFT Edamame in the shell with salt (500g).

Can I make my own gyoza?

Yes. Tokyo Gyoza Wrappers from Japan come 24 to a pack, and Tokyo Wonton Wrappers 30 to a pack.

When will my order arrive?

Order before 6am and we'll deliver the same day where available. Delivery in Dubai is free on orders over AED 150. You can also collect from the GGFT warehouse in Dubai Investment Park 2, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm (closed on Sundays and public holidays).
