Marutsune Soba Noodles is a 1KG pack of authentic Japanese soba noodles from Marutsune — a Japanese noodle specialist. Soba are buckwheat noodles — the iconic Japanese earthy-flavoured noodle with the distinctive grey-brown colour, made from buckwheat flour (often blended with wheat flour).
