Omega Chilli Powder Kashmiri - 1KG

Kashmiri chilli powder, 1kg. Deep red, milder than a hot chilli powder. You use it when the curry has to look red and the guest should still be able to taste the food. Tandoori marinades are the daily job. Rogan josh is the other.

Butter chicken and other red curries take it for colour. A tandoor section goes through the kilo because every skewer gets painted. A home cook can keep a smaller jar. This bag is for a kitchen that tandoors all service.

Cool and dry, sealed. The colour is the product. Sun on the bag fades it, and then you have bought mild heat with no red.
