Omega Chickpeas 14MM - 25KG

Dried chickpeas, 14mm, 25kg. Omega's large grade is the pea hummus, falafel, and chana masala want, plump and consistent once cooked. The sack is for a kitchen that cooks pulses every day.

Middle Eastern restaurants soak them for hummus and falafel. Indian kitchens cook them for chana masala. Salads, grain bowls, soups, and stews take the same pea. They are dried. Plan the soak. A lunch service cannot start from a dry sack at 11am.

25kg belongs off the floor, sealed, and cool. A home kitchen does not need this sack. The 1kg bag is the small one. Pick through a scoop before it hits the water.
