Mara black-eyed beans, 400g easy-open cans. Tender beans, no soak, ready when you drain them. The listing is a carton of 24 cans, which is what a kitchen orders when beans are on the menu every day.
Use them in stews, casseroles, salads, grain bowls, soups and sides, and in Mediterranean or Middle Eastern bean dishes. Open, drain, and they go in. You are not soaking dried beans overnight for tomorrow's special.
Store the cans cool and dry, and refrigerate after opening. One 400g can is a small batch. The carton of 24 is the working stock for a restaurant, not a single can for a home cupboard.
