La Perruche Sugar Cube Brown - 750G

Brown sugar cubes, 750g. The same irregular cube, in unrefined cane, amber, with molasses in the taste. A cafe and a hotel tea service put them beside coffee when the guest wants brown sugar and still wants a cube.

A bar can muddle one. A pastry garnish can use one. The 750g box suits a cafe and a home tea tin.

Cool and dry, sealed against moisture. They are not demerara crystals and they are not a baking bag of soft brown sugar. They are cubes for the cup. One cube in the cup. Two if the guest asks. You are not dissolving the box.
