Silverskin onions in sweet and sour brine, 2.65kg. Kuhne packs the small, crisp pickled onions delis and sandwich bars put on a board or in a roll. The brine is sweet and sour, not a harsh straight vinegar.

Burgers, sandwiches, cheese and charcuterie boards, salads, cold platters, and a bar garnish all take them. Drain what you need. A 2.65kg tub is a catering pack. You are not opening it for one garnish and hoping for the best. Decant into a gastronorm and keep the rest covered.

Keep it chilled once open. The onions should stay crisp. If they go soft, the tub has been warm or open too long.
