Sunflower oil, 1.5 litres. Nawar. Refined, light, neutral, with a high smoke point. A household bottle for frying, baking, and everyday pans. A small cafe can use it too.

Fry, saute, and stir-fry with it. Cakes, breads, and a mayonnaise or a dressing can take it when the oil should not taste of much. Don't finish a plate that wants a strong olive oil. This one stays in the background. 1.5 litres is a home bottle and a very small kitchen bottle.

Keep it cool, dry, and out of the sun. Cap it. Don't leave it next to the hob so the plastic warms. If the oil smells stale, don't fry in it.
