Kolios Feta in Brine is a 2KG foodservice block of authentic Greek feta cheese in brine from Kolios — the established Greek dairy producer founded in 1959 in Kilkis, northern Greece. Note: "Feta" is an EU PDO-protected designation, and authentic Greek feta is made traditionally from sheep's milk (sometimes blended with goat's milk) in specific Greek regions — verify the PDO designation on pack. The 2KG block is the foodservice working size.
