Twinings Earl Grey Tea - 25 Tea Bags

Earl Grey tea, 25 bags. Black tea scented with bergamot, the citrus note a guest asks for by name. Afternoon tea is the service. A hotel and a cafe both keep a box.

A pastry kitchen steeps it for an Earl Grey cream or a sponge. A bar uses a cooled brew in a cocktail. The 25-bag pack is a retail size and a small tea station's pack.

Cool, dry, box shut, or the bergamot fades. One bag is one pot. Do not leave the bag in the water until the cup turns bitter.
